I’m a queer artist living in Oakland, and painting is my mediation practice and the thing that makes me happiest. Creating allows me to slow down, connect with myself, and share that sense of presence with others. I see my work as a blend of spontaneous gestural techniques with geometric precision that offer the viewer open fields of interpretation.
